Must have and produce a copy of a valid city business
license
Must have and produce a copy of a State sales tax/resale certificate
Must have an established place of business
with regular business hours
Must be a ceramic/craft related business
Minimum wholesale orders are $150.00
Free shipping for wholesale orders of $150.00
when shipped to the business
